Our work with educational developers

The Psychology Network worked with staff and educational development units and organisations within and outside higher education institutions to develop and enhance continuing professional development (CPD) provision for all those engaged in teaching psychology.

  • Our events programme offered workshops and seminars on different aspects of learning and teaching that can count towards institutional PG Cert HE programmes (or equivalent).
  • Our Psychology Teaching guides and reports can support a range of psychology learning and teaching activities. Some of these guides are specifically geared towards those new to lecturing, and provide introductions to various teaching topics (e.g. small and large group teaching) based on the experiences of UK psychology academics and include tips for good practice.
